Basic Plan features.

1. Appoint up to 2 Executors.

At least two executors need to be appointed. First, it is conducive to mutual supervision between the executors. Second, if one of the executors cannot perform the task, such as death, physical or mental health problem, etc., other executors can continue the mission.

2. 1 Professional Executor.

Appoint a professional executor with no appointed fee, no cancellation fee! At least there is assistance when all your executor cannot execute your will!

3. 1 Guardian.

In the absence of both parents, the guardian assumes the critical role of taking care of the child's daily life. Appoint a reliable guardian for your minor child today!

4. Arrange up to 3 Groups of Assets.

Group assets planning allows you to list all your assets. Your legacy will not be lost; it also saves the executor's cost and expenses to find your assets. Besides, it also reduces the risk of the Will being challenged by someone!

5. Included Survivorship Clause.

There are two main reasons that the survivorship clauses are used; to avoid the first estate passing through probate twice in quick succession, saving on administration costs and expenses; and to impose some control over the eventual destination of assets.

6. Included Residuary Clause.

Residuary clauses apply to any unknown assets or property that have not been disposed of by a will.

7. Included Exclusion Clause.

You can exclude other potential heirs, such as parents or siblings, by simply not mentioning them at all. However, the safest course of action is to state your wishes clearly.
